For nature lovers, Zawady Oleckie is a paradise! Frankly, we don't like hunters, but hunting for beautiful photos is always welcomed. The best places to take pictures are in the Borecka Primeval Forest , at the numerous lakes (especially those with a waterline hidden by vegetation) and in the neighboring meadows. You can also take photos just in our backyard...

	The dogs are barking loudly, but behind the fence cranes walk, deer graze, foxes run...
	At dawn and dusk, especially in a river valley, this is not an uncommon sight...
	It is hard to catch a glimpse of beavers, but the results of their work is clearly visible...
	There are bison and wolves deep in the forest...
	Even for the shortest walk, we always take a camera...

	May is the best month for bird watching, but there is always a good reason to have binoculars with you...
	Crane - local postcard bird. They arrive in late February or early March, bringing with them the hope of spring...
	Sometimes a stray bird, which flew out from the nest too early, falls into our hands...
	White heron tracked down by Robert at Ciche Lake; first it whizzed above his head while he was building the guesthouse kitchen......

	The birds that Robert is holding in his hands are the silly ones that flew into our porch, hit the window with their heads and then fell down on the bench. Before they can fly again, the unconscious birds must be warmed up in Robert's hands...
